Driving in the traffic of Mexico City, Sergio looked way, way up and saw these two men painting a wall. He was reminded of the Voladores de Papantla, who have a rope tied to their ankles and from the top of a high platform, throw themselves off and twirl and fly as the pole circles. These men apparently fearlessly painting away, appeared to have a rope on their ankles. Surreal Mexico, building codes and regulations??
